Is this even possible?? I'm about to put the nitrous back on my car and would like to have as much meat out back as possible. I'm concerned about the safety factor, appearance, and the ability for them to fit under my car (lowered 2"). Thanks for any inputs!!

Might run into problems with rubbing being that you are lowered 2"s.

Im surprised more people havent replied yet as to why it isnt such a good idea to put 315s on 9 inch rims.

By putting 315s on a smaller rims that is recomended you defeat the purpose of buying 315s. Because of the bulge you wont get as much of a contact patch. Ive also read that you'll get less traction than with the stock 275s.

That's a myth. My friend just put 315's on his stock SS ten sples and the contact patch is HUGE. You can see just by looking there is more tire on the ground than a 275.

A friend of mine has 315 G-force KDs on his WS6 wheels and they seem to fit just fine. They bulge a little but that just looks cool. Traction isn't a problem either.

I had 315's on my 17x9.5 Enkei Win wheels and I lost alot of traction compared to my 275's. And they wore down horribly in the center.. <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
