Default Did 4th gens come with manual driver seats?

I have a set of TA seats I'm putting in my 73. I have adapter rails and the passenger is perfect. Driver sits pretty high. All the 4th gens I've owned had power drivers seats...did they make manual seats and how hard is it to swap out?

I think all t/a seats were power however my old firebird had cloth seats that were manual and so did my buddies camaro so yes even if yours are power you can convert them to manual

my 95 t/a has manual seats. i believe all 93-97 t/a's with the AQ9 leather seats were manual. the lumbar and bolster is power but the track itself is manual on both sides. here's a pic of my driver's seat track from when i reupholstered my seats a couple years ago

^^yep, my '93 had power lumbar but the forward/reverse sliding was manual

I tucked the wiring and replaced with cloth seats that sit a good 1.5" lower

Nope, my 95 T/A came with cloth and manual seats (only power lumbar). I don't think leather was standard until 96 or 97 on the T/A package including power seats. I've had mine since new so I know the seats have not been switched out.

The lever on the left (round L - shaped bar) is for the slider forward/backward and the other lever on the left (paddle shaped) is for the seat tilt (not to be mistaken for back adjust which is still done from the side with a lever).

To sum it all up, you can have cloth or leather, either in manual or power

Thanks guys, there is a upull it down the road, they have a 94 camaro but they won't give me any info about it so I'm going to have to go see if it still has seats.

3rd gens are the same too right? THey have two 3rd gen camaros and one Firebird.
