should i?
I have a real 1997 ws6 and was wondering if i should change the front end in a 98 and newer style. i think they look better but i do not want to get rid of my car and get a different one. is there anyway to change the style slightly? I thought about buy the lights off octanemotorsports.com but idk if i should. what do you?

I like the lt1's better too but theres not much custom you can do without it looking bad. i am about to put tint of it and what rims would look good on it? i like the stock ones but if i could find some i like i might get them.

You could swap the front end out with the LS style and keep all the LT parts to swap back if you ever wanted to or if you decide to sale it and the buyer would pay more for the LT front end. To me, that's kinda what makes an LT bird is there's not a lot you can do to em but with what little that can be can, they still look good as hell.

Yes, but you have to swap out the nose and the fenders for the LS1 pieces. OP - Leave the LT1 front end as they look wayyyyyy better. If you take it to a good local body shop they can fill the plate holes and match paint it pretty easily and probably not too expensive as it's minor work. I have the same color car as you and get a ton of compliments (mine's a 95' with the ramair hood and setup) but if I had a real LT1 WS6 I wouldn't touch it as they are becoming harder to find. The production numbers for LT1 ws6's vs. LS1 ws6's was less than 25% so that's why you don't see that many these days. I'm not saying it's going to be a highly collectable car, just more rare and something you don't see everyday.
