Default Black Z28's with mods, please shed some light on a few indecisions...

Black, 2002 Z28 which is completely stock. I am torn on a few issues.

With the front of the car, I cannot decide between the black or 'chrome' HID/Projectors...more towards the chrome color to pop out from all the black.

All the badges on the car, does anyone make decent overlays for it? Mainly looking for red or oranges accent badges.

What to do with my spoiler? Factory Z spoiler is ugly and understated, should I go SS (tried and true) OR does anyone have an experience with this:
http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...roducts_id=961

Appreciate any help and pictures as examples would be great. Thank you.

I think that black projectors would make the front end look nice. I dont have projectors but have the Whister mod done...

As far as the badges, I went with Emblempros stainless CAMARO fill ins...

And the spoiler...Ive ran everyone...

Here is the SS wing...

And here is the "Dick Harrell" or "Freedom" 3 piece spoiler (dont get the one piece. Looks like ***)

More pics in my build thread...

I would personally go with the chrome looking ones because black would be to much in the front. I would go with chrome headlights, corner lights, and maybe chrome back side markers. For the spoiler, SS all the way. Yeah the other ones look good/decent but the SS can not be beat. For the emblems/overlays, I would go with the rear inserts and get the stainless ones cause the colors you were talking about would stick out to much where as if you went with all the chrome lights, it would flow well with the rear inserts. Now again, these are my thoughts/opinions.

The ss spoiler looks great, even without the ss hood. Gotta love black.

I've got the LG ZR28 spoiler...previous owner installed. I didn't like it at first but it's definitely grown on me, especially since I've yet to see another one around here. You can't go wrong with an SS spoiler though.

Excuse the cellphone pics....

It's a 69 Chevelle standard grill emblem, most restoration parts suppliers will have it. There's a few others on here, do a search and you can find some more pics.

1. dont go with chrome for the projectors! imo it is wayyyy to gawdy and looks like crap, i had the chrome ones and ended up painting the housing flat black and looks much much better.

2. as far as badges i just went with red vinyl z28 badges

My z with the chrome projectors

after i painted the headlight housing flat black and tinted my turns

my badges and tinted tails, please excuse the dirt

whistler mod the headlights, get a LT1 or LS1 SS spoiler, SLP grille or a billet one, and either of the 2 places stated about make good emblems. Black and red never looks bad.

How does it mount to grill? Sticky tape?
