If it was a soft white kind of like a cream color I think it could be done

Only thing bad with that is exhaust fumes turn the "white" yellowish in time.

He could do a faux tip set up; like make a turndown right before the tip.

I dunno about white on silver though....

I wonder if you could use that plasti dip product that peels off cleanly if you dont like it. I would be too afraid of not liking the results to try it out with paint.

I doubt it would look good. It's like the reverse berger panel on a camaro. I've seen a black camaro with a silver berger - looks terrible.

There's a Black LT1 with a Pewter/Goldish berger panel on it. A friend put a red berger panel on his black camaro. Think they both look a little wack, but to each there own.

OP, why not try vinyl? Give a shot, if you like it keep it. If not, pull it right off and your back to stock.

not my car, but it's fairly close...

never really thought about how unpainted body kit parts look...

This is the product I was referring to earlier. I really know nothing about it myself, but apparently it can be peeled off cleanly if desired. It sprays on and I was thinking that a person could try out this idea without having to commit to it with paint.
