I would hold off and look in the classifieds section, can get one for a lot cheaper though someone parting out. That price is kinda..

for just an ashtray lid.

I wanted to make a bunch of them, using a metal hinge, but didn't want to charge more than $20 for them.

I guess OEM repos cost even more.
