Anyone ever use Glow Shift gauges?
I saw a banner on the bottom of the classifieds, and found this. It seems like a good deal. Anyone use these? Also my interior is charcoal, has anyone else installed a black pillar pod with charcoal interior?

Had them in my old T/A and are currently in my Lemans. I've also installed them in friends cars. Probably installed about 10 of them total, never had a problem.

My friend had them on his supra. funny thing is he has an autometer vac/ boost mechanical gauge and the glow shift vac/boost gauge and they were about 3psi different readings. both gauges had its own vaccum source. He hooked both up to see if they glow shift was accurate. The glowshift gauges look good, but I would trust autometer over any other brand anyday...you dont see glowshift being used on NHRA/ NASCAR/ any other pro racing organizations. but to each his own.....

I have them in my car , my boost gauge seems to be about a .5psi off and my water temp is right on although sometimes my boost gauge does not keep the color I select, but other then that there pretty good my wt gauge is a elite 10color and it has a lot of nice functions that would cost a ton of money from any other company

anyone try the red digital glowshift gauges? i got one since it matches my interrior and red dash at night. i got the fuel pressure and boost/vac for my turbo build. i wish i knew more about their wideband guages with the LSU 4.9 o2 sensors but i havnt seen enough reviews on it to complete the set.

thats cool. I got the red digital gauges so i dont have to really worry about the color changing really. what really got me on the red ditigal was that it has an electronic boost signal so i dotn have the run the vacuum tub inside the car. id image that helps reduce boost signal inconsitantcies by having a shorter vaccum source to the sensor. at least that makes sence to me lol plus its hard enough trying to get wires feed into the car from the engine compartment, let alone a vacuum line

I just ordered water temp, oil pressure, oil temp, egt, and a wideband 02 a/f from them last night. Have a few friends who run them and have had no problems so I decided to try them out. Plus for the price I figured I would give them a try. Going with an E-Boost 2 boost controller tho

I run their wideband and boost. both are off with the needle a bit. boost maybe 1psi at 15. wb probaby .3! i know its always off the exact amount so i just do the math in my head. its a little annoying, but i hardly stare at it wot. thats what the scanner is for and it is correct.

sweet, glad im going with the digital gauges. sounds like they made the digital gauges a little better then the cheaper needle gauges. im still wondering about the red digital wideband gauge. it has data logging capibility and 0-5v plug ins for outside tuner software, id really like to run it to complete the set. i guess we will see.
and most definitly taxes will be getting me some new toys lol

I have them as well, boost/vac, trans temp, oil pressure and fuel pressure. Fuel pressure is off about 5psi, oil pressure about 10psi, the vacuum is off by 5psi but the wierd thing boost is right on (weird). The trans temp is rock solid. My only warning is watch out for the oil pressure sending unit. I replaced mine once every year for the first three years until recently. This one I have seems to be working still. They are cheap though so you can always stock up and replace them as needed.

I swapped out my autometer carbon gauges for glowshifts when my autometer nitrous gauge broke after 3 months and autometer wouldnt help me. So I bought a glowshift elite 10 tinted series nitrous gauge and also bought one of their widebands. The nitrous gauge is just as accurate as the autometer and the wideband reads the same as an AEM gauge that i hooked up to compare. The glowshifts are also much easier to read day or night than my autometers were. Another benefit is that glowshift replacement sensors are 1/2 the price of autometer ones, and their customer service/tech support was top notch. I wasnt expecting much out of these gauges considering how cheap they are, but I would recommend them to anybody and would definitly purchase from them again.
