Heres another:

I remember seeing a build for this black car a long time ago, I don't think there is much left of the original chassis of the car, these certainly are not "bolt on" body kits here...
Search for dick harrel Camaro's for more of a "bolt on" kit.

There is nothing about the race cars thats actually "camaro" They are strictly race cars with an entire fiberglass body over a cage. The dimensions are completely different from a street car so if you were able to get your hands on a body there is no way you would be able to make it work. It would almost be easier to get a hold of a full race car & trying to find a way to make it street legal & get it registered.

They're actually not that expensive. I found one kit for 2 grand. But like McNord said, I guess there's a lot more to it than just the kit. I wonder if I could just remove my panels and put those on...I dunno why the wheelbase and stuff would be any different.

GT cars are tube frame race cars. You can not just 'bolt on' fenders like what are on GT race cars. IMO, I'm not a fan of widebodied cars unless they are race cars. Not that the McNord car or the Harrell car look bad, just not my cup of tea for a street car. I'm a less is more (sleepers) kinda person. Besides that, you need alot of motor to back up the looks and at least in shitty California (smog laws), that's not easy to do unless you know people, and even then you best not get caught or else it's your ***. But I'm older then alot of you guys and just don't want to put up with the bullshit of cheating smog laws. I could care less if some dipshit in a (insert car name here) is faster then me. It proves exactly jack and ****. Oops, that went of topic...sorry.lol

But seriously I wish someone would build something that resembles those body kits for the street Camaros. I don't think there's anything wrong with having a body kit that is actually more aerodynamic, whether my car has more performance or not. If this was a Mustang and I was putting on a GT500 bodykit on it yeah, that'd be gay. But body kit that doesn't necessary identify my car as a faster model is fine IMO.
