so i broke this piece and i don't know what it is called, yet i need a new one. it is one of the things that pushes against the window to keep it from rattling. the black part is soft and the metal piece bolts to the top of the door, right under the door panel. there is one near the front of the door and one near the back of it. if any one could tell me what it is called and where to get it i would be ecstatic!

Its the window guide. You can get them pretty cheap at any gm parts place online or get a good used one from someone on here. I also have a few laying around if you need.
