Aftermarket blacked out turn signals
Anyone use these or have some pics installed on their car? I'm looking at two different options.

I'm either going with one of those, or just tinting my stock ones. I'd like to see how those after market ones look on someone's car though!

i had the clear ones on my car and couldent keep them from blowing bulbs cause of condensation i went back with my stock ones and never had a problem since.. if you want black marker lights on your car you can always use the oem ones and use VHT night shades that way your not having to replace bulbs all the time due to condensation

This. It's too easy to not do yourself with the stockers. I sanded the markings off, scuffed, cleaned, and then sprayed VHT and some clear coat.

I had those years ago. They're cheap and melt, then leak. I ended up wet sanding my stock yellow ones down smooth, then buffing them shiny. Then night shaded a few coats and they look awesome. That's what I'd do again.

I have the black clear ones. To avoid the issues people above were having, I used LED switchbacks so i never have to worry about them melting the housing or blowing out. If you have issues with condensation, drilling a small hole in the bottom helps. I never had that issue with this set, an older set I had did though.

Tinting the stockers would be super easy, but I like the way they look. They have a sharp modern look to them that I wouldn't get by just having plain black stock ones. These are going to be the ones I get..

But it looks like there is only one place for a bulb, on the side of the marker. On the others isn't there 2 spots?

I tinted my side marker lights with VHT nightshade and all i did was wet sanded. sparyed. and cleared them up. I think thats the best way to do it, plus ist saves you time and money.
