Default Hockey stripes on a black car?

Anybody got 'em on a black Z/SS? Just trying to figure out what is the best color to go with. I always liked the old school silver car with black stripes, but don't know if it'd look the same switched(black car silver stripe). I think the red stripe looks good at times with some matching calipers, emblems, etc.. but i'm not one to do those things. Thanks

Here's one. Big pic.

I haven't seen it, but myself, I'd do the silver stripe. Actually the fact that I haven't seen it is part of the reason. If you are able to afford gettng the stripe painted on I'd get it done in Sebring Silver Metallic (the color that comes on Camaros). It's the best-looking silver I've ever seen. Under certain lights it just glows.

Burlington, WI hey? damn, never even seen you cruising around. A group of us gets together up here in Milwaukee all the time, and especially on the weekends at Oscar's on hwy100. Don't do much 'cruising' since all the crazy idiots, but still a good time to chill and look at the cars. Visit www.brewcitymuscle.com and register on there. I'm under the same name there.

Thanks guys for the pics. The last car was red so that was an easy choice for black. I think i'm gonna go for the silver. I work at a graphics shop so it's free to try it. Guess we'll find out soon.

Hrmm...I'll have to disagree....on a black camaro I think that a Pearl would look awesome...maybe a blue pearl or Violet pearl maybe even a green pearl. Those not familiar with the pearls its only visable when looked at right. Kinda like a ghost. But when u see the pearl u SEE it. I thought about doing a Green Pearl flame on my black Z28 just a thought. I've just been playin around with the pearls here lately at a friends paint shop...I really think they are well that's my .02 Holla Justin

while i think that may be something that would work well with the car and might look good, i don't personally like the pearl colors. I'm young, but i like the classis colors of the old days. i'll definitely be trying silver and check back with this post when it goes on. ****, I can even do woodgrain if i wanted to don't worry, i wouldn't actually do it though.
