Default orbitol buffer question

What's up guys I just got one question for u. i just bought an orbitol buffer and i was just wondering should i remove the wax with the buffer as well? I got the mothers 3 step system and the directions say remove with a terry cloth I was just going to remove it with the buffer is that a good idea to do?

Thanks for answering a simple question in advance.

I am a newbie to the orbital buffers too, and would like to know myself.

I just finished buffing mine. Actually IMHO, I would rather do it the other way around. I like to put it on by hand with a terry cloth applicator pad. That way, I can get in and around tight areas and make sure wax stays off where I want it to. When I'm done applying, I then use the orbital buffer to remove the wax. It does a very nice job. After that, I grab a terry cloth towel and wipe door jambs, near windows, inside the hood scoop, etc., etc., etc.

Anyone using the mothers 3 step system got an opinion ?
Woud it realy mater as far as the quality of the wax job to aply and remove the wax with the buffer ? I just want the best possible look and protection for my ride. I hate doing the hole car by hand.

I think it would work fine, might be a hassle changing pads on the buffer inbetween applying the wax and taking it off though. I do it the same way cheez22 does, apply by hand and buff off. works well.

Thank's guy's.
I'll try it that way and see how it goes. I was just curious why Mothers would have you apply it with the buffer first then take of by hand. I thought most pro detailers or show car guys would use the buffer to put the wax on and take off as to make it shine as much as possible.
