Default Plastic Polish?!?

The previous owner left the headlight covers on the car too long, and they rubbed off on the headlights right before the quarter panel. That is no a thick hard glaze there. Would plastic polish bring this off? If so, what kind? Should I try wet sanding? Any suggestions?

Don't go to any trouble. I just didn't know if it had a funky name like some of their products. Thanks a bunch!

I've had great success with 3M plastic polish. You can pick up at Pepboys and Autozone type places.

I went to Autozone, and all they had was Blue Magic, so I will keep searching!
