Its the ebay lights with a red LED installed.

Simple mod to do.

Looks good but the only thing I can add to what the others have said is a lot of people get these lights, take them apart and take out that black piece and that yields stock lights. I think the only difference is there would be a small hole in these because of the wires that run the LED/Halo light that's in the center of the housing itself.
