Default Air dam finished! PICS

So it's finally done and after too much time sanding and painting over and over to get the old plastic smooth its done. Painted black with duplicolor, decal, then cleared. I love it!

Looks pretty cool .. I hope it last long .. I put decals down there and rocks and debri peeled it away

Thanks! I put like 3 coats of the base coat on, then 2 coats of clear. Put the decal on, then cleared it twice more. hopefully it lasts lol, im lowering the car over winter so ill be scrapin a whole lot more now lol

exactly, i did the same thing on my 87 and the **** blow off in a month of so..


him doing the clear on top and having a smooth surface to apply the sticker on .,.....i bet that thing last pretty good.

Post up some pics after a few thousand miles. We are interested in seeing the longevity. Looks good though.

Yea, but I sold it for more than I bought it from you, so if I were in your place, I probably wouldn't have bought it either. It did have a new Performabuilt tranny though, so in the end I broke even. It was a good car, but I am a 6 speed guy and I never got used to not banging gears.
