I love my 98 vert but the spoiler does kind of let me down. Is there anyone else besides Mecham that makes one?

Its one of the things I hope to see before I die though , Im not particularly fond of the lowrise wings on the verts.

I like the Mecham and will probably wind up getting it but the best anyone made was the Sprewell Bird of Prey

He was adapting the normal high rise onto the stock hatch. I think ill do the Mecham when I get around to it. Just surprised no one else has other offerings

^^^ No offense but all the pics I've seen of the Mecham looked like *** IMO. They were posted on another thread also discussing vert spoiler options.

If you haven't seen actual pics of this spoiler installed I suggest you take a look before making this decision. Each to his own but do tread lightly.

There was a bright red LS1 Trans Am Vert that had a high rise bolted on top of the stock low spoiler... it looked kind of weird. I think it could work if the height of the high rise is chopped or reduced a little as to not stand out too much. I might not be making any sense, but if we had the picture, you could see what I am saying.

I like it better than the stock spoiler. Heres a comparison to he Mecham which I will get and the Sprewell Bird of Prey which I want but you cant get

I wonder what happened to that Bird-of-Prey T/A? As an owner of a pewter Trans Am, I loved that car and considered doing the door graphics for a while.

It was just a concept by Sprewell Racing in 2001. There was a tribute to it a few years later. I will be doing the graphic in charcoal on my vert
