What year? My 2002 had the RPO codes on the drivers door.. WS6 should be one of the codes, if it is not there it is not a WS6..

Better sway bays too I think. But it's all totally pointless if your gonna mod it yourself later anyways.

Shocks are the same, the differences are sway bars, ws6 emblem in the back, ram air hood, exhaust, wheels and tires, and the ram air....

in my opion the xtra money people pay/charge for ws6 over a base trans am is retarded....but the reason i was askin is because someone is wanting to trade me a 1999 "ws6" for my alighnment machine and the machine is worth $10,000 we havent seen the car yet. the guy selling it says he put the ram air hood on another car , so if this is a factory ws6 and the hood is missing i will be able to talk the guy down lower and get me an extra trans am and some money in my pocket. But yes, from my expirence ws6 means thicker sway bar , ram air hood , 17inch wheels , and a 3.23 gear ratio if automatic. The hoods do look amazing though im not a hater..lol

i was just hoping ther was a way to use the vin in case the rpo codes are missing most cars i see are missing that sticker.

thanks for the help guys

there is a way to use the vin but youd have to go to the dealer and have them run it and they will bring up all the options that were on the car
