Default How do you tie down your show car?

I just purchased a car trailer.I have a 98 trans Am that has been lowered and has a west wings front ground effect on it.My first question is where on the car do you guys secure you tie downs ? I really can't get at the suspension with lowered and front effect. Also heard of strapping to the wheels.Although I know you can take precautions,I am afraid of scratching my expensive wheels. Also will I be able to winch it on to the trailer with this set up?

Mine would only be on a trailer if it was broke or headed to a dragstrip(in case it broke)

If you are worried about scratching the wheels then put a couple mircofiber towels between the strap and wheel

t-hooks in the factory frame notches, same way dealers and factory transporters tow the cars
