94 Z28 - Cut out front plastic fog light area?
I like the looks of the front grill on these cars but i dont like the fog lights and that plastic molding. There is an impact absorber behind the plastic molding. Does anyone know where to find pics of a camaro witht this stuff removed and the front bumper fog light area cut out? I am tring to get a visual of a LT1 Camaro with the front fog light panel and collicion stuff removed. What would be the best tool to use to cut out this area? Is it difficult to remove the front end? I have the negine out and its on a lift at the moment. Thanks

Good informative write up. I removed the bumper this weekend. Very easy.
I tried google for the pics of a bumper with the plastic fog light panel removed but was unsucessful. I am going to Dremel the panel out also, except for a couple of verticle strips on the panel which i will mount the grill too.
I removed the impact foam/plastic stuff and the front steel cross structure...dropped some weight and the air should move thru there pretty good now.
