Default tint t-tops?

i know they are already tinted but sun above is annoying sometimes, has anyone ever tinted the tops to make it darker inside

Isn't that why they gave you shades for the t-tops too... to block out the sun if you want.

I did limo on mine, so much cooler inside and my head doesnt get hot. Go for it !

I have 5% all around and on the t-tops, I feel like a drug dealer sometimes. Something to keep in mind is your t-tops will be darker than the rest of your glass because it's already tinted.

im about to get tint all around and i already know in my area my car and esp with tint will be a COP magnet. even with the legal tiont on ill get hassled just because they will use the what you trying to hide.

ive got 20% all around and use the shades. yo fab had some nice ones for like 30 bones

i have the dot matrix on my t-tops, i wanna remove it and put limo tint on them. i just think it would look better

My t-tops are clear as well as my windows. Its like there is zero tint on anything.

Got two layers of 5% tint on my t-tops... love it! You really can't tell they are letting any light in at all until you look up. The sun just looks like a white circle sitting in the sky.. lol. I always hated having to deal with the velcro sunshades so I felt like this was a good fix.

I did mine with 2.5 a lot better in the sun, but I can't tint for **** prolly gonna take it off and get it done for real when I do the rest of the windows

lol i got frustrated and gave up on doing it myself. i figure if i take it somewhere to have it done it cant cost much, its only a little more than a square foot of glass each!
