Default Scratch and Swirl mark remover

I recently washed my car and notices some surface scratches and lots of swirl marks? What is the best product to get these out?

You can go to Walmart and pick up some Meguiar's Ultimate compound and polish and use lots of elbow grease and get most (if not all) of them out in one afternoon for about $20.00... If they're really bad you're going to need at least a Dual Action polisher
