I picked up a 98+ SS spoiler the other day for cheap, right now it is NBM and I need to get it painted. Im trying to figure out if I should paint it white w/ black stripes like the current spoiler is, or should paint the new spoiler just black? If I paint it white with black stripes they will be wider than my current stripes, probably 2-3" wider. I have a thread like this on FTV6 and it is split pretty much 50/50, my non-car friends are also 50/50, and Im also on the fence. Maybe yall can help me out some more?

My third thought is to do white/black stripes and also paint the 2 columns black.

From the back it would look good black. From the top it would look out of place.

I think my final decision is that Im going to have the entire underside of the spoiler painted black and the top will be white w/ black stripes. I dont see a clean way to paint just the columns and I think the rear view of having the spoiler black is dead sexy. I think it will be a nice custom touch while still allow the paint job to flow from a top view and then having a nice rear view.
