I found a HID fog light set up for my 2001 trans am. But they are out of a lt1 trans am. The guy said they will work as long as I use the ls1 fog light brackets. Is this true? Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes, they pop right out of the LT brackets and onto LS brackets and vice versa

That's just the bracket that's different.

The LT1 is just longer in the bracket, it's tough as **** for my people to find fog lights for our cars, how ever your peoples fog lights are bountiful and abundant. So a few years ago I wrote a write up on another site how to swap LS1 fog light assemblies on to LT1 cars.
