Need a little help...

Can anyone help me identify this make of ground effect skirt and rear valance? OEM or aftermarket...I need a set like them for another 95 Z28 I'm working on. Thanks!

Its not wings west, the rockers didnt attach that way on mine. Any pics of the front piece.
