They werent to hard to make but definitely not $80 so Im happy....

I just purchased the small hex 6x36"
I made a template with some paper first and then covered the paper with tape to give it some durability. I then taped the template to the grill material and used tin snips to cut around it.
I used a file to get most of the sharp edges but that was kinda useless as it just made it sharper lol...

Used some 3M tape to apply. Once I find an LT1 ram air box and actually cut out the holes I will have to re-make them but for now it serves its purpose.

I've also seen some people use gutter guard from Home Depot.
