Default My saving one from the crusher build

Over the weekend I picked up a 89 Formula WS6 that used to be a LSX car, Included was reupholstered interior, "stage 2" built 4l60E, all F-body accessory's, PCM, ls1 fuel tank installed the only thing missing is a long block and a torque converter. The car was about to get sent too the junkyard, the owner just didn't want to mess with it anymore so we worked something out and here it is!

Needs bodywork, paint in a few places and alot of TLC on the outside. Inside is pretty mint, I put most of it back together.. Need to get a radio, has nice speakers just no deck.

So over the next few weeks ill be putting it back together and making it my DD, heres some crappy cell phone pics, i'll add too it as I go.

Are the wheels on your corvette backwards? It looks like the front is bigger than the rear. it could be just the angle of the pic though.

I see. My grandparents had a formula just like the one you have when I was little. Theirs was bright blue though. They are sharp cars.

I got a motor for the car, but my truck broke down.. and have been stuck fixing it instead of working on the formula.

5.3 shortblock and I also got a F-body pan with it for $150

Looks like a fun project. It reminds me of Car Craft's former project Formula from years back, it was a white car as well. Keep it coming!

Having a shitty week, didn't gear nearly as much done as I wanted too.. Truck broke down, work problems.. blah blah

Did some wiring today, I am using 2 old V6 F-body harness and making them fit my needs, Also as you can see from the pics iv been removing some of the paint in the engine bay since it just rubs off with solvent. Going to repaint it before the motor goes in.
