Default Battery cover done

Took a fuse cover from a Silverado and made it into my battery cover..... Had to grind the under side to make smooth, but I think ti came out pretty damn good.





Also have another Silverado fuse cover cut to fit the fuse block....

I like it, it looks good. What year Silverado did you get the fuse cover for the battery off of? I might have to keep an eye out for one next time I'm at the yard.

Optima makes a nice flat cover for their batterys too if you happen to have one.

Good to know.... My yellow walmart battery (in their when I bought it) has a date of 05/07 on it

Will go optima when it is time
