Those are the older-style halo headlights. Search around here and you should find pics.

They are basically the stock headlights with a halo stuck in them. The halo does block part of the low beam.

Also, don't drive around with the blue halos turned on. Blue lights are illegal on cars (except for police and emergency vehicles).

I'd also recommend avoiding putting HID in those Halogen Reflector headlights. It won't properly spread the light. There will be glare and the light will be too concentrated directly in front of the car instead of a proper spread.

10,000K HID has crap output. Its too blue and not that bright. The K number is the color temperature and not the brightness (well not directly, I'll explain). The brightest is 4100k - 4300K which is the OEM range for OEM HID setups. The higher up the K range you go, the bluer (and then purpler) the light gets and the output drops. On top of that, our night vision isn't as sensitive to blue light so it becomes even more useless. If you want a whiter color without any yellow, get 5000K. If you want white with a hint of blue get 6000K. Don't go over that or you are just getting bluer lights and not the benefit of HID.

Here is how to change the color of those halos:

Here are some pics:

BTW, there are better halo headlights available for the 1998-2002 Camaro. Check out Sonar for slightly more money or BLS for a bit more money than that but much better output.
