So i'm building a guage panel for the speedhut gauges i'm putting into my 1968 Bel Air Wagon.

Here's my two options so far.... what are your thoughts.... back panel will be brushed aluminum and front obviously carbon fiber.. everything below the bottom straigh line will be behind the dash bezel.

My vote's for panel two (took a minute just to notice the differences, they are pretty similar). If you don't mind my asking, how are you planning to make these?

i'm going to make the front carbon fiber pieces out of plastic.. i've got a Rapid Prototype machine and then i'm going to have them Hydrographic'd... i'll probally water jet the alum back plate.
