Default A few mods make a big difference on our 99 Formula

We picked up a real nice mostly stock 1999 Formula hardtop a few months ago. It looks a little different now...it was fun to finally have a car to play with again that wasnt worth more original and shouldnt be touched. The main things we did to the car was a major detailing, lower it a 1.5in with Eibach springs and KYB AGX adjustable shocks, added 19 Stern Wheels, a GM Ram Air Hood, remove the side molding, add silver overlays and blackbird striped (to match the wheels) and paint the calipers. The difference from before is night and day.

I really like the silver on white too, very subtle but makes a huge difference. Tint and you're good to go

one of the few things I have missed since I started getting back on the forum on a regular basis... Robbie's threads showing their quick fixer-uppers. feels good to see a new one! As always man, good job with the car, it looks a helluva lot better now.

anything new with your car (I'm sure there is!), or Cecilia's? haven't seen either in a while

We have been doing white a few different kinds of "nicer" cars lately...mostly Grand Nationals and 2nd Gen TAs so there havent been many like this to "fix up". Those cars have actually taken the place of our cars to a large points...its a lot more fun to take a new one to a show every time than to carry the same one. I have actually been kicking around selling the SOM car...it would be hard to do but if somebody would meet my number I would so we could build a new shop.

I said it in your rim thread and I'll say it again...looks awesome. The white silver rocks (I might just steal that color combo someday!)
