2 questions about paint.
These may be stupid but I might as well ask them.
1. So my cars front end has been torn apart because of the long trips between school and home and i need to repaint it. My car is black, with some custom detailing. How much do you guys think it would cost to get my entire car repainted, nicely?
2. Ok my car has millions of super light scratch marks that look like they were put there by a cloth being swirled around in circles... so I am waunderinghow they got there. They arent horrbile you can only see them when you are really close to the car and washing it... I am also waundeirng how to keep them from getting there after I repaint my car.
Thanks guys for any info you can give me.

There is a nice topic on repainting a few threads down in this section. Easily seen, that should help there.
The swirl marks, use high quality drying towels and such.. such as microfiber waffle weave for drying and nice microfiber cloths for polishing etc... pakshak sells these.
