Default Those with SLP Bowtie Grille

What did you find was the easiest way to install it? put it up on the car, mark the holes with a sharpie and drill it? this is the easiest way i see to do it. if anyone else has an idea/easier way, feel free to chime in. thanks!

I just used heavy duty double side tape! I think that's a lot cleaner. You might change your mind later down the road!

I also used double sided tape. The tape came with the grille when I bought it.

did you guys order yours directly from slp? i ordered mine from thunder racing and didn't get any tape. you guys have no problems with it flying off at all or making any kind of noises only being on there with tape?

Got mine from Thunder Racing as well. It helps that they are only about 20 minutes away from me too. Anyway, I bought mine back in 2001 and it came with the double sided tape then. Maybe SLP stopped shipping them with tape, I dunno. The roll of tape it came with was HUGE. I basically don't have a spot on the back of the center section of the grille that DOESN'T have tape on it. No noises, no chance of it flying off either as I have tugged on it from time to time checking on it. I don't think there will be a way for mine to come off without taking the entire front bumper cover with it.

If you get some 3m double sided sticky tape, you will not have to worry about it flying off. You might have to worry about it pulling paint off, if you ever decide to take it off though!
