making foglight brackets for 01 ws6

Default making foglight brackets for 01 ws6

so like the title says i want to make some brackets to keep my foglights as i am removing the front bumper support and that holds the foglights on the ws6 cars. i searched all over and cant find someone that has done this. can anyone help? pulling front and rear supports this weekend but would really like to keep the fogs, and no i am not buying a mwc front support for $210, as nice as they are i dont want to spend the money on it

run a search in the forced induction section as we do this often when using a front mount intercooler set up. im gonna be running fogs with my front mount intercooler set up but its no where done yet so no pics.

Sorry, I just seen this thread.


I fabbed a 90 degree bracket that I used to bolt the fog lamp bracket to, bonded and f/g it on the bottom side of the fascia in the fog lamp area as seen in these pics.

thats a pretty good idea i like that. ive never fiberglassed, could i just get a strong epoxt that would hold the bracket to the bumper you think? i could always throw a very small screw in it to make sure it doesnt fall off
