Default Spoiler Removal

Anybody have any experience or advice in removing the spoiler off of a 02 Camaro?. I know I have to remove the plastic panels in the hatch. Just wasn't sure on the screws/clips that hold it on. Thanks

I too have wondered how the hell they come off. The T/A spoiler is easy, but the Camaro spoiler confuses me.

Its just the two or three bolts on either side(nuts actually) then unclip the third brake light. Getting the hatch panel of is the toughest part .

They're both pretty self explanatory. Remove the plastic, and the bolts should be pretty obvious. Believe there are 2 per side, and I'm pretty sure they're the 10mm nuts that are used practically everywhere. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong though, been a few years since I pulled of the Camaro spoiler

take off the plastic. think its 4 nuts. removing the spoiler is easier than removing that plastic. theres nothing to it

I just did it on my ss last week so I could run the porter cable over the whole decklid. Hardest part for me was separating the spoiler from the double sided tape that's on the bottom of both center posts. I used some old guitar string and took my time.
