Default "trans am" door badges

I was wondering if I could take off my door badges and take them in to get painted, I just dont know what to use so I could stick them back on, figured it would be a lot cheaper then paying 145+ for two badges that are already painted

I bought OEM replacements in black for my car a couple years ago for $45 on ebay. Have they gone up that much?

Cheapest and easiest solution is the overlay decals that are all over the place.

Just leave them off the car along with the side molding. It will make your Trans Am looks a lot cleaner that way.

I was thinking of suggesting this too lol OP, I don't have them on my car (previous owner removed them) and I have no interest in putting anything back on in their place. I can post up some pictures if you're interested in seeing what it looks like on a white car (assuming your car is white from your username! lol).

If the OP wants used red ones, I'll dig through my "collection". I removed mine (red TA) at about the 5000 mile mark so not many miles on them and they should still be in my garage. If I have them, if you'll cover postage I'll send them to you. You will need the tape from 3M tape to reattach.

I took mine off and the body shop I worked at at the time painted them for free and just used double sided tape to hold them on. I forgot what kind of tape it was though. I definitely think it's worth doing.
