Not a lot of steps, this stuff goes on and comes off so easy. Since I've clayed the car, I have 1 coat of Meguiar's Color X, and then 6 coats of Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax. From beginning to end, one coat takes about 45 minutes.

With this NXT stuff, can you apply it to the whole car and let it sit like Zaino, or do you do one section at a time like traditional wax? Car looks great btw.

I apply it to the whole car, wait a couple minutes (literally) and then start wiping it off. Easy to get off, too, couple passes with a microfiber towel, then I flip it to wipe it with a clean section, wham bam thank you ma'am.

NXT can be found anywhere. Even WalMart carries it!

I believe it was 13.95 a bottle, something like that.

Great pics! I may have to try that when I run out of Zaino.

That Escort ZX2 nearby is exactly the same as my wife's car, btw. I put a few coats of Zaino on her car about a month ago, and it did wonders for that burnt orange paint (call it SOM or Autumn Orange Metallic if you want, it's burnt orange (HOOK 'EM)). Cute little car, good mileage and very...um..."peppy".

Although, I must say, when I was polishing it, I kept thinking "polish the turd".

Looks good, but I think after the second coat of NXT it won't layer and you're wasting time/product.....it has light cleaners in it.

Wait, I'm confused. Are you guys talking about the new Tech Wax? And if so, what does NXT stand for?
