z06 wheels or slicks & ultra-z hood
Hay guys i need a little help. I am getting some money and i can not decide between z06 wheels or slicks & ultra-z hood. any advice would be helpful

Tough decision, but if you have the stock 16's still those have to go! Id make sure you spend the extra money to get the ZO6's in chrome. My friend has the them polished and he spends a lot of time polishing them. After rims i'd go with a nice drop to get rid of the ugly fender gap. But, if your more into hooking up and good track times then get some slicks! Good luck!

my wheels are 16's and for a temp fix i painted the black lug nut covers silver

Does anyone know if the quality of the SLP Ultra Z hoods has gone back up? I remember not too long ago that it was a hit or miss whether you were gonna get a good one or a bad one. And by bad, I mean really bad! Cracking fiberglas, uneveness in the hood's finish, and overall poor body fit and finish. Do a search on this board, LS2, or CamaroZ28 if you don't beleive me. The past questionable quality of SLP hoods is leaving quite a doubt in my mind as to whether I'd buy one or not.
