Tell me about it! Same here, in between waiting for parts to be delivered it's hard to find time to build more DashComputers/send PCB designs of the steering wheel adapter off to the manufacturer/advance the software!

Can't wait to see you install these, I feel there are quite a few who have put them on their shelves to be installed after projects X, Y and Z have been finished... (you know who you are ;-)

But I admit getting an engine to run is more important than installing a gadget...

Yeah yeah...

Hey, I DID get the new cluster to modify, so I'm one step closer!

Smile Updates

I haven't posted in a while, so here's an update:

I've been busy building and I'm almost at the end of the list!
That means if you are on the list you either got one or had a chance and chose to get yours later.

I finally had time to work on the software again and added an optional battery voltage display. So you can now have either outside temperature or battery voltage or both:

My temp sensor is shot ;-)

With snowflake

These pics are without background gfx for clarity.
And these pics are my development TFT, the OLED is much crisper...

That looks good, I like having the battery meter. Before I put the Denali alternator on it, and even after, I have the battery voltage as one display on my Aeroforce Interceptor gauge pod.

I really need to get off my butt and install this, always seems like something ends up taking priority over the install.

Default DashComputer List complete

Ok everyone,

I am pleased to announce that everyone who was on the waiting list for a DashComputer either

a) got it or it's on its way
b) postponed purchase due to various reasons
c) after postponing purchase was contacted again in the past few days and didn't respond yet
d) didn't respond in the first place

I tried contacting via the forum and FB, but maybe something went wrong there for some people, I don't know. If you think you fell through the cracks, please PM me.

So, since b)-d) totals 12 forum members I now unexpeectedly have two DashComputers available on a first come-first served basis.

When they're gone, I won't make batches anymore, at least not without a down payment. So here's your chance to get one of these without waiting. Please PM me if interested.

Thank you so much for doing all this guys. I still don't have mine installed (really need a new overlay for the new cluster but simply do not have funds right now for that), but its pretty darn awesome that you've put so much time and effort into this.

^ I agree. THANK YOU for not only making these, but allowing us to get to enjoy them as well. I should be free next weekend so maybe I can get mine installed. I have all instructions printed out and waiting.

Would that gauge overlay work with an unmodified gauge cluster? That looks awesome.
