Default black plastic fading door panel

any ideas what i can use to bring back the color to the plastic in the pic where the red line is? it seems to be fading a little, has some whiteness to it. i scrubbed it with some mild cleaner and it's not dried out dressing or anything. it's only a small spot on the top against the window, i'm guessing from the sunlight and heat

Only way to do that is a respray. Go to your Automotive Paint supply that deals in "Sem" brand plastic/vinyl spray and get color 1501 Landau Black. It is satin in appearance, not gloss. You can get the gloss but, it looks cheezy to me. A pint is way more than enough if you spray it out of a gun. It is available in aerosol can but, you get a better finish with a gun. It being a small area, the aerosol may be the best for a quick refresh. Degrease thoroughly, scuff with a red scotchbrite, wipe again with degreaser, tape off area and spray. It dries quick so no down time. Hope this helps.
