Paint it a loud metallic color with a complimentary pearl, some 19" HRE 8-series wheels, and a turbo the size of a basketball on a fully polished 386 and you should stand out, otherwise it's gonna be tough around here.

these are in priority order:
first - nxt tech wax, topped with meguiar's #16 for a start. that will make it shine like no other. right now it looks like a 50 year old paint job. if you'd rather invest in more expensive, non-local waxes, then go ahead. meguiar's products are usually found in many local stores, and i personally prefer them, which is why i suggested them. nxt is by far the best all-in-one product found in local stores as well. any *good* wax will make your car shine (as opposed to not at all right now).
second thing - this is my own personal preference. i am not a big fan of the TA, but if i had one, i would want it white JUST so i could get a set of black 18" z06 rims (rivet-style). i hate black rims on f-bodies - all except for a white TA. weird, huh?
third - it must be lowered if you want the rims to look great. nice rims look okay on an otherwise stock car, but it still looks pretty damn funny being 4x4. if you get a nice drop to sit on those 18" rims, then it looks absolutely amazing.
after that i don't think it matters. good wax, unique wheels, and a drop to sit the car right will make your car look pretty damn good.

Get the black feather stripes down the side and a black firebird on the hood, IMO that would be the most bad *** thing in the world.
