Angry Anyone here know Ryan MacEwen at MacEwen Motorsports?

I ordered white face overlays in early May and I don't have them yet. And to top it off I can't get him to answer my e-mails or return my phone calls. I was led to believe this guy was reputable. Anyone know how to get in touch with him other than thru his regualr phone number or e-mail address?

No I don't. But I can tell you that I ordered some back in January and I received them fairly quickly. Quickly being that I've been told sometimes these take some time to ship, but don't know why. I talked to him a couple times and he was really helpful in making sure I had everything and knew how to install them. Also ordered some blue bulbs a few days after I received my gauges and decided I needed/wanted them. I received those in a couple days. How long have you been trying to get ahold of him.

All week long......an e-mail every day and two phone calls where all I could do was leave a message. He had told me in an e-mail the week before that I would have my order by last Saturday. It never came and now I can't get hold of him.

I've emailed him about once every other week since Feb, no response to my questions about the order I wanted to place.

I ordered overlays from him in early April and it took him a while to ship them or respond to my emails/phone calls. Turned out that he was in Germany and was backed up on orders. He took care of me that day and overnighted them to me.

Hmm, a sponsor over at the other site just held a GP on these. The orders were sent directly from MacEwen. I'd be fairly pissed, well, extremely pissed. It's over 100 bucks so I feel it's his job to get you your parts.

I recieved mine from the day they took the money out of my account, till the day I got them. I though it to be pretty quick. But IMO, you should have your other orders squared away before you do GPs...

Get on his *** about it.

I bought a overlay from MacEwen a couple of months ago. Went to install and I noticed a dark line or shadow on the tach side of the overlay. Left a couple of voicemails. Never heard back. Called again today and talked to Ryan. he was real pleasant, said he'd take care of the problem and I'd have a replacement by Friday. We'll see. I hope he's a man of his word.
Keep trying til you get him.

I ordered my silver-faced guage overlay / HVAC controls overlay / A4 shifter gate overlay (one of the first made) / and lights/dimmer switch overlay through Ryan / MacEwan over a year ago with absolutely no problems. He was polite and helpful with my install questions over the phone and seemed like a straight-up guy. Quality products too. I'm sure things will work out for you guys. He's prolly just backed up with orders or something. Good luck

And sometimes people tend to have lives outside of their business and emergencies can happen suddenly and posting your personal business promptly to five or six websites to deal with a hundred questions on top of that isn't always in order. He's a top notch guy but sometimes **** happens...i'm sure he doesn't have a personal vendetta against you and wants to jack his reputation because of it. I'd be patient and await the reasons.

I had very good response from MacEwen. Received them in about a week. But that was last year, so maybe their service isn't as good now.

Received my replacement overlay from Ryam - just as promised. In this day and age of e-mail, sometime picking up the phone and talking to someone is still the best form of communication. Thanks Ryan.

I had the same problem I got them after a long wait though. I called and called..emailed and nothing back from him. I ended up desputing the charge on my credit card and then got them in soon after, I dont know if that had anything to do with it but I did get them.
