It's funny how that works! Seriously though, there are alot of great looking hoods out there. Some that I don't like but that others do. That's what make our car world great. There's something for everyone. Go out and go to someshows, or your local track. You can get different Ideas easily. One of the best things I like about my hood is that no-one else in my county has one, and now my Z doesn't look like every other black Z running around. Good luck on your decision, and post pics when you get it!
