One is a design we had awhile ago and just, honestly, forgot about...
The others are just playing around with the idea of waterjetting flat pieces, any design (not for the customer lol, any design we come up with) one example say like the SLP grille but with honeycomb mesh, and bend to shape.
Should be cheap in plastic, little more expensive but still cheap in metal, and fit identical to billet grilles but be way more mode
rn.

So I've been doing some research about fiberglass, I have no experience with it. Like I said above, I want to do a Sunoco recreation but I'm extremely worried about cracking and other separation at the seams where I would have to cut out the center section. From what I understand if the glass and resin for top and bottom grille fill, in the case with these bumpers, is not applied within 24-48 hours of the original bumpers cure time the bond will be purely mechanical and susceptible to separation at the seams.
Does anyone with fiberglass experience have any thoughts on this? Should I just abandon the removal of the center? Or is there a way to reinforce the seams, such as laying extra mat and resin to overlap a few inches on the back side of the surface to be painted?
