Do they make headlight housings for the T/A where you can replace just the bulb?
All I am finding are H4703 & H4701 sealed headlight, but does anyone make a headlight housing where you can replace the bulb, itself? I can't afford the HID kit or anything like that so please don't suggest them.
I saw this, but not sure if it will fit -
Thanks!

As DopeFedZ pointed out, take a look at the LMC Truck housings. There are a few threads on here about them.

Please don't put an HID kit in them like some people do. That will glare.
For better output than the Standard Halogen bulbs, check out HIR bulbs.
9012 replaces 9006
9011 replaces 9005
They are still technically halogen so no ballasts like HID.
You'll notice a nice increase in output.
They were $18 each on Home Depot's website at one point.
Watch out for fakes on ebay.
Might need slight trimming of a lock tab on the bulb for it to fit, but they will fit and still use the optics properly for a proper beam pattern with increased output.
See here on what to trim:

$18-$27 per bulb. Similar pricing compared to other higher output halogen bulbs.
These HIR 9011/9012 bulbs are noticeably brighter than Standard 9005/9006 Halogen bulbs.
Here is a Lumen Ratings comparison (same wattage):
Low Beam (55 watt)
-- STD 9006 -- 1000
-- HIR 9012 -- 1870
[87% increase in lumen output]
High Beam (65 watt)
-- STD 9005 -- 1700
-- HIR 9011 -- 2350
[38% increase in lumen output]
9011

here are some pics of the output of the LMC lenses using the bulbs that ship with them. I can't speak to how it compares to stock because I was actually downgrading from the BLS V2 kit to the LMC so I could make some quick cash off the BLS kit so I could get what I needed to buy my truck. first pic is low beams second is high beams.

No those are larger and will not fit.
Also, don't use red forward facing lights on the road. You'll confuse other drivers and get a big ticket. Red lights are not allowed on the front of a vehicle unless it is an emergency response vehicle (police, fire, ambulance, etc). Plus when solid on they look like newer LED tail lights in parking mode.
