Frostbite 2.0 and a quick update on Blue Steel
So its been a damn minute since I've posted here but incase anyone was wondering what im up to these days. Just finished up a build on my C5... Figured id take a few mins and share.
We did a set of ported 243 heads, a Texas Speed 228r cam, comp 650 lifters, comp pushrods, pac 1519 springs, an ls6 intake, and XSpower headers. and a pretty set of Proform valve covers and Coil relocation to set it all off. Tuning done by Chuck Anders at Houston House of Power.. Work done by Matt Tippett in Charles Town WV. Couldnt be more thrilled with the results. Still no dyno numbers but soon to come.
Car looks great, runs great, and couldnt be happier with it. Lots more coming including some carbon fiber upgrades, new wheels, a wide booty (body), tint, cross drilled rotors, and im doing a new set of Halos headlights for it.
Heres a few cell phone pics (forgive the quality) Should be doing a photoshoot next week though to get some high quality pics.
On a side note as im sure some of you may ask... yes i still have the c6 steering wheel swapped T/A... its in the process of being put back together very slowly at the moment (its finally going LS platform) Once I get my garage finished though things should pick up. Going to try to get back active on the forums as I have really missed it here. Well looking forward to getting caught up with everyone. Happy to be back.

looks good and my brother is so happy you did all the hard work on the wheel swap , got a g6 wheel and bag cover for 28 , got a 04 grand prix steering column for 13 . so for less than 50 he will have a better wheel .
Ill let him learn how to take his apart first then do mine.
