My old red car, and will be doing the exact same thing on the new pewter one. Love the whistler look. I personally think they should have come this way factory.

That red SS looks awesome! Mine is red as well and I'm doing the depo/whistler headlights and smoked clear corners here in the next day or two. Also gonna do the black hood scoop fill in and cubic inch decals on the scoop

I had two kinds of eBay halos and I am by far much happier with the blacked out stock housings I bought, not only in looks but in performance as well

Where did you get your headlights from? 6LE as well? Yours look darker then the ones on their site.

They're all depo* branded (damn autocorrect lol). Mine came from amazon.

^^^ I've had two pairs of aftermarket projectors, they were both terrible in the light output department. If you've ever tried to drive across four states at night in a tropical storm you would have to use the headlights of the cars around you to see anything at all. They are not safe, I still don't know how I survived that trip with them. I ordered the depos the next week.

Not all halos are bad this is the third set I've had first two did suck. These were pretty expensive but the results speak for themselves I see better and they look awesome at least in my opinion only complaint I have is I wish the halo was brighter. Just my 2cents

My car is on the left

He has retrofitted real projectors into his headlights, not used those cheapo projector housings from ebay etc. He could drive through those storms just fine. Same projectors I have I believe.
