Well I just got this in from a member here on a pretty good deal. Got a few more ideas gonna have by spring. Also got the 6LE CF sail panel but I think I'm not gonna install on this car.

its hard to tell in pics but how would you say the look and quality is on the dipped cf??

I did a lot of searching for that pattern, and had to have my guy order it special.

Most CF patterns are just shadows in opposing directions. If you look at my parts, they have individual fibres in each one. It looks far more realistic than most, and I think if we had put a thicker layer of clear (multi coats) it would have had a very real look. Still pretty happy with it compared to textured factory plastic. I also had him use a black base coat which shows through the pattern.

This was before the clear.

^^It looks really good. I have a few ideas for this spring with the dipping process and all I wonder about is the durability and quality. My car isn't a daily driver but I still want a piece of mind about it*

Have a couple other things going on. Console covered in genuine carbon fiber. Don't have a picture of the console with resin available at he moment. but it will be top coated with a tinted clear.

Nevermind the bathroom setting and the scrubbing bubbles...

Also I just brushed some clear on it just to see how the weave is going to look before slam 2-3 layers of clear to level some areas out and then the tinted clear will go on then the matte clear.
