Headlight and front turn signals can be cut out and used?

Especially if you're cutting back most of what's in there - going with tubes. Will save you quite a bit off the front ~

You can. Most keep the install simple on them by using a 2 part panel adhesive, some strapping to hold them through

Others go full out with adding in buckets to house them in
