Default Sail panels

Ok is there any tricks out there to keep the sail panels tucked in along the vertical portion where the door closes. I push mine in and sure enough the next day they are popped out. Any help?

Mine only seems to be the passenger side, I thought about clamping it into place and using a heat gun. Anyone tried this?

I was working on my stereo system & had some fiberglass handy. I fiberglassed some washers to the sail panel behind the speaker grill on a whim. Put a screw through the washer, pop the grill back on to cover the mess. It worked great for about a month then the washers came off. Next time I have the hankering to work on my car, I'll do the same thing, but take a little time to prepare the bonding surface better.

Well it seems that quite a few of us have this problem. So the first person to come up with a fix will be a god. LOL

I think we are talking about two different things. I think the original poster is talking about the triangular piece on the outside of the car right behind the doors. I know my pass. side pops out all the time. Just one of those F body quirks I guess.
