I think he left one of the older lights in to compare.

The blue looks so much cleaner.

Doesn't look like true HID to me. Seems like it has even more glare than the stockers. Maybe it's just the camera.

This is a true HID kit! I used Hella projectors that throw the correct beam pattern for HID's and a phillips ballast and bulb kit from HIDtech.com cost me altogether $450 plus some screws and fab stuff, and 15 manhours... I'll take more pics tonight and shoot a vid, the camera doesn't do it justice! It's sooo cool....

DS2's, actual bulbs from an Audi make, the autoptiks is great if you just wanna stick a xenon filled halogen bulb in there but if you do a HID setup with them the projectors scatter light and throw it everywhere, it's not a crisp tight beam pattern like the Hella Projectors that are made for HID's I guess if you don't care about anyone else on the road, go ahead and blind em! lol....

yeh it was a fun project, now I gotta decide if I should do the round Highs.... I'd keep em halogen, but I hear it's a B to get it fabbed up since the actual housing is closer to the bumper cover and may not allow the rotating assembly to close!
